Clearing Foreign Currency Bank Transactions

This procedure is used to clear accounts receivable deposit records in local currency.  When this procedure is performed, the system loads the selected records with the cleared date specified by the operator.  The cleared date can be used to identify the transactions that have been processed or cleared by your bank, and it can also be used to generate reports of outstanding (un-cleared) transactions that can be used when reconciling your bank balance in the system to your bank statement.
